The overall goal of the “Dialogue Fellows” is to promote young leaders and reinforce their capacities to develop civil society regional initiatives through empowering approaches.
This programme aims to enhance skills of young members (or staff) of CSOs with a balance of: gender, fields of action, background, geographical coverage and nationality.

CSFS Regional Workshop for Civil Society Organisations Strengthening Capacities of CSOs in the Southern Mediterranean 19-21 October 2016
The Regional workshop is organized by the Civil Society Facility South (CSFS) and funded by the EU, to supporting civil society organizations in the Southern Mediterranean countries boosting their capacities and enabling them to play an effective role in policy dialogue in their country and contribute to the regional discourse.

The CSF South addresses dialogue to build bridges in the South through innovation, civic education and engagement of CSOs and young leaderships.
Through its tailored capacity building activities, it focuses on CSOs and young leaders’ citizenship and their participation in the decision-making process.
The CSF South is participating in the upcoming Mediterranean Forum, on 23-25 October, in Malta.
This forum is the region’s largest civil society gathering and most influential event of its kind for intercultural dialogue.
